Tisdale will appear in the 20th Century Fox's new adventure comedy, They Came From Upstairs along with Robert Hoffman and Carter Jenkins, which will be released in July 2009. Tisdale portrays Bethany Pearson and the film was shot in Auckland, New Zealand. In 2009, she guest starred as Maddie Fitzpatrick on The Suite Life on Deck. Tisdale is also starting to produce. She has a production company, Blondie Girl Productions and is working in two projects. She is the first actress from Disney Channel to executive-produce one of their shows.
